  • 1 slice Walnut Protein Bread
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3 pieces smoked salmon
  • Pickled onion
  • Fresh dill
  • Avocado
  • 1 cup arugula

Instructions

  • Butter the bread
  • Lay the salmon pieces on top of bread
  • Top with fresh dill and pickled onions
  • Lay the arugula on the plate.
  • Put the sandwich on top or next to arugula
  • Cut the avocado to serve as preferred
